Baalbek (bahasa Arab: بعلبك) adalah kota yang terletak di Lembah Bekaa, Lebanon pada ketinggian 1.170 meter (3.840 ft) di sebelah timur Sungai Litani. Baalbek terkenal karena reruntuhan kuil Romawi di wilayah ini. Reruntuhan kuil di Baalbek merupakan salah satu harta karun Romawi terbesar Lebanon, dan dapat dimasukan kedalam Tujuh Keajaiban Dunia Kuno.
