Babi feral adalah babi (Sus scrofa) yang hidup di alam liar, tetapi merupakan keturunan dari babi yang telah terdomestikasi (feral), baik di benua-benua Dunia Lama maupun Dunia Baru.[1] Babi ini dapat berbahaya bagi manusia, terutama jika bergerak dalam kawanan dengan anak-anaknya. Babi feral tercatat menyerang manusia tanpa provokasi, menimbulkan cedera, bahkan kematian.[2][3][4]
