Badara Alieu Joof (1957/58–2023) adalah mantan pegawai negeri sipil dan politikus asal Gambia yang menjabat sebagai Wakil Presiden Gambia sejak 2022. Ia sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Menteri Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, Sains dan Teknologi dari 2017 hingga 2022.
Kehidupan awal dan pendidikan
Joof adalah seorang siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas Armitage dandilatih sebagai guru sendiri di Perguruan Tinggi Guru Yundum. Dia memegang gelar sarjana pendidikan dari Universitas Bristol, gelar master dalam sastra Inggris dari Universitas London, dan gelar master dalam pembangunan ekonomi dari Universitas Bath.[1][2]
