Teuku Ibrahim adalah Wali Kota Banda Aceh kedelapan setelah menggantikan Djakfar Ahmad dan menjabat pada tahun 1983 sampai 1993. Pada tahun 1993, Teuku Ibrahim digantikan oleh Said Hussain Al-Haj.
