Kreol Sierra Leone atau Krio adalah lingua franca dan bahasa nasional de facto Sierra Leone. Krio dituturkan oleh 97% penduduk Sierra Leone dan menyatukan berbagai kelompok etnis yang tinggal di negara tersebut, terutama dalam perdagangan dan interaksi sosial. Krio adalah bahasa utama yang digunakan oleh orang-orang Sierra Leone di dalam dan di luar negeri untuk berkomunikasi. Bahasa ini merupakan bahasa asli suku Kreol Sierra Leone atau Krio (komunitas yang terdiri dari 300.000 keturunan budak-budak yang dibebaskan dari Hindia Barat, Amerika Serikat, dan Britania Raya), dan dituturkan sebagai bahasa kedua oleh jutaan orang Sierra Leone lainnya. Bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa resmi Sierra Leone, sementara Krio tidak memiliki status resmi walaupun banyak digunakan di negara tersebut.
