Bahasa Qau, Gelao Tengah, atau Gelao Sinifikasi (Hanzi sederhana: 汉仡佬; Hanzi tradisional: 漢仡佬; Pinyin: Hàn Gēlǎo) adalah suatu bahasa Tai–Kadai yang dituturkan di Guizhou, Tiongkok.[3][4]
