Balep korkun atau Yosang balep adalah jenis roti yang dikonsumsi terutama di Tibet tengah.[1][2] Bentuknya bulat, pipih dan relatif mudah dibuat.[2] Bahan-bahannya adalah tsampa (tepung barli), air dan bubuk pengembang.[2] Hidangan ini dimasak dalam wajan penggorengan.[2] Penampilannya digambarkan mirip dengan naan.[3]
