Bandara Caucayá (IATA: LQM, ICAO: SKLG) adalah sebuah bandara yang melayani kota sungai Puerto Leguízamo di Departemen Putumayo, Kolombia. Puerto Leguízamo terletak di tepi Sungai Putumayo, yang merupakan perbatasan lokal dengan Peru.
Landasan pacu bandara ini terletak 15 kilometer (9,3 mi) di sebelah timur laut kota. VOR-DME Puerto Leguizamo (Ident: PLG) terletak di area bandara. Suar non-direksional (NDB) Leguizamo (Ident: LGM) terletak 22 mil laut (41 km) di sebelah timur landasan pacu.[4]

Kecelakaan
Pada tanggal 23 Maret 2026, sebuah pesawat Lockheed C-130 Hercules yang dioperasikan oleh Angkatan Udara Kolombia jatuh di hutan sesaat setelah lepas landas dari bandara ini, menewaskan 70 orang dan menyebabkan 56 orang lainnya terluka.[6]
