Beaton J. Abbott (1903 - 8 Maret 1992) adalah seorang pendidik, hakim, dan politikus di Newfoundland. Ia mewakili Gander (daerah pemilihan) dari tahun 1956 sampai 1966 dan Bonavista North dari tahun 1966 sampai 1971 di Dewan Perwakilan Newfoundland.
Ia lahir di Musgrave Harbour dan mengenyam pendidikan di sana, di St John's Methodist College dan di La Salle.[1] Abbott mengajar di sekolah selama tiga belas tahun dan kemudian menjadi hakim di Twillingate, Grand Bank, dan Grand Falls selama 21 tahun. Ia adalah anggota Dewan Umum Gereja Bersatu dari tahun 1952 hingga 1956 dan menjadi presiden Newfoundland Bible Society dari tahun 1959 hingga 1968.[2]
