Beautiful Lady & Television adalah majalah bulanan televisi Jepang yang diterbitkan oleh Tokyo News Service. Majalah ini populer dengan sebutan B.L.T..
Majalah ini pertama kali terbit 24 September 1997 dengan target pemasaran pria berusia belasan tahun hingga 20 tahunan. Isinya tidak lain hanya perempuan idola dan daftar acara bulanan televisi.[1] Edisi yang tersedia adalah edisi Kanto, edisi Kansai, edisi Chubu, edisi Hokkaido, dan edisi Kyushu (NHK dan 5 stasiun televisi lokal Fukuoka). Edisi Kansai disebut Kansai B.L.T, dan dibandingkan edisi lainnya memiliki sampul yang berbeda.
Sejak edisi Februari 2007, majalah ini menerbitkan edisi khusus AKB48 yang disebut B.L.T.×AKB48. Setiap bulannya, edisi khusus ini diterbitkan dalam 3 tipe edisi teater yang dijual secara terbatas di Teater AKB48, Akihabara, Tokyo, dan 1 edisi internet yang dijual lewat situs web B.L.T. net.[2]
