Bebek Wuhan
Bebek Wuhan mengacu kepada beberapa hidangan dari kota Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, Tiongkok. Hidangan ini berisi bagian tertentu dari bebek, termasuk lidah, kepala, kaki, hati, ginjal, dan yang paling populer adalah leher, yang sering disebut "leher bebek pedas",[1] warnanya cokelat kemerahan dan rasanya sangat pedas.
