Bebek Zhangcha, bebek asap teh, atau sederhananya bebek asap (Hanzi: 樟茶鸭; Pinyin: zhāngchá yā; harfiah: 'camphor-tea duck') adalah hidangan khas Sichuan. Hidangan ini dibuat dengan cara mengasapi bebek yang diasinkan di atas daun teh dan daun kamper. Beberapa buku masak dan penulis telah menggunakan daun dan ranting tanaman kamper dalam pengasapan karena nama hidangan tersebut, tetapi ini adalah kesalahpahaman. Karena persiapannya yang rumit, bebek Zhangcha lebih sering dimakan pada jamuan makan atau acara perayaan daripada sebagai hidangan rumah tangga sehari-hari.[1][2]
