Bendungan Bangala terletak di tenggara Zimbabwe, sebelah selatan Masvingo. Bendungan ini dibangun oleh Concor untuk menyediakan air irigasi ke perkebunan pertanian di dataran rendah di sebelah barat daya, di sekitar kota Triangle, Zimbabwe, di mana tanaman utamanya adalah tebu.[1]
Danau dan sekitarnya dilindungi sebagai Taman Rekreasi Bendungan Bangala.
