Benetton Group S.r.l. (pelafalan dalam bahasa Italia: [benetˈton][1]) adalah sebuah merek busana global yang berbasis di Ponzano Veneto, Italia, pada tahun 1965. Benetton Group memiliki jaringan sekitar 5.000 toko di pasar internasional utama.[2] Ini adalah anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh perusahaan induk keluarga Benetton, yaitu Edizione.

Pada tahun 1965, keluarga Benetton membuka toko pertama mereka di Belluno dan tiga tahun kemudian di Paris. Perusahaan ini mempekerjakan 7.714 orang pada tahun 2015.
