Berit Reiss-Andersen (lahir 11 Juli 1954) adalah seorang pengacara, pengarang dan mantan politikus asal Norwegia mewakili Partai Buruh Norwegia. Ia merupakan ketua Komite Nobel Norwegia, komite 5 anggota yang menganugerahi Penghargaan Nobel Perdamaian. Ia juga merupakan anggota badan Yayasan Nobel, yang bertanggung jawab untuk seluruh lima Penghargaan Nobel. Ia menjabat sebagai sekretaris negara untuk Menteri Kehakiman dan Kepolisian dari 1996 sampai 1997 dan sebagai Presiden Asosiasi Advokat Norwegia dari 2008 sampai 2012. Ia merupakan salah satu penulis dari dua novel kejahatan dengan mantan Menteri Kehakiman Anne Holt. Ia kini adalah mitra di cabang Oslo dari DLA Piper.[1]
