Berke Khan (wafat 1266) (disebut juga Birkai; Mongolia: Бэрх хаан, Tatar: Бәркә хан) adalah penguasa gerombolan emas yang menyatukan kekuatan Horde Biru dan Horde Putih dari 1257 - 1266. Dia berhasil menggantikan saudaranya Batu Khan dari Blue Horde (Barat) dan untuk pertama kalinya membentuk Khanat Berke, khanat Kekaisaran Mongol pertama yang beragama Islam. Ia bersekutu dengan Mamluk melawan Khanat Mongol lain yang berkuasa di Persia dan Syria.[butuh rujukan]
