Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG) adalah sebuah divisi dari Bertelsmann sebelum penyelesaian penjualan sebagian besar asetnya ke Sony Corporation of America pada 1 Oktober 2008. Meskipun didirikan pada 1987, perusahaan musik tersebut dibentuk sebagai RCA/ Ariola International pada tahun 1985 sebagai perusahaan patungan untuk menggabungkan aktivitas label musik dari divisi RCA Records RCA Corporation dan Ariola Records dari Bertelsmann dan label terkait yang mencakup Arista Records. Divisi tersebut terdiri dari perusahaan BMG Music Publishing, penerbit musik terbesar ketiga di dunia dan penerbit musik independen terbesar di dunia, dan 50% pembagian patungan dengan Sony Music Entertainment, Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Sony BMG).

Di Indonesia, BMG didistribusikan oleh Musica Studio's melalui anak perusahaanya, PT Ris Wijaya Internasional.
