Bertha Maria Júlia Lutz (2 Agustus 1894 – 16 September 1976) adalah seorang zoologis, politikus dan diplomat Brasil. Lutz menjadi figur utama dalam gerakan feminis dan gerakan hak asasi manusia Pan Amerika.[1] Ia adalah tokoh penting dalam pengesahan hak suara wanita di Brasil dan mewakili negaranya di Konferensi Perseriatan Bangsa-Bangsa tentang Organisasi Internasional, dimana ia menandatangani Piagam Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa. Selain karya politik, ia adalah seorang naturalis di Museum Nasional Brasil. Empat spesies kodok dan dua spesies kadal diambil dari namanya.
