Suku Betsileo adalah kelompok etnik yang tinggal di dataran tinggi di Madagaskar. Suku Betsileo merupakan suku bangsa ketiga terbesar, dengan jumlah penduduk 1,5 juta dan mencapai sekitar 12,1 persen dari populasi Madagaskar. Namanya berarti "Mereka yang tak terkalahkan" yang mereka pilih setelah gagalnya invasi Ramitraho, raja dari kerajaan Menabe, pada awal abad ke-19.
