Bharat Shah (kelahiran 5 Agustus 1944) adalah seorang pengusaha dan pedagang asal India, pemodal dan distributor film Hindi, di bawah spanduknya VIP Films.[1] Ia telah memproduksi beberapa film, seperti Dil Se.. (1998) yang dibintangi Shah Rukh Khan dan Manisha Koirala, Devdas (2002) yang dibintangi Khan, Madhuri Dixit dan Aishwarya Rai,[2] dan Rascals (2011) yang dibintangi Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn dan Kangana Ranaut.
