Bhelpuri adalah camilan gurih yang berasal dari India, dan juga merupakan jenis chaat. Makanan ini terbuat dari beras kembung, puri renyah yang dihancurkan, bawang, ketumbar dan dicampur dengan dua catni: catni ketumbar hijau pedas[1] dan catni asam jawa berwarna coklat yang tajam.[2][3]
