Bicaz adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di County Neamţ, Rumania. Kota ini terletak di sebelah timur Pegunungan Carpathia, di dekat pertemuan antara sungai Bicaz dan Bistriţa. Bicaz juga berada di dekat danau Bicaz, danau buatan yang terbentuk akibat pembangunan Bendungan Bicaz di Bistriţa.
Secara administratif di kota ini terdapat enam desa, yaitu:

- Izvoru Muntelui

- Secu
