Bildad Mwaganu Kaggia (1921 – 7 Maret 2005) adalah nasionalis, aktivis, dan politisi Kenya. Kaggia adalah anggota Komite Sentral Mau Mau.[1] Setelah kemerdekaan, ia menjadi Anggota Parlemen. Dia membuktikan dirinya sebagai seorang nasionalis militan yang berapi-api ingin melayani orang miskin dan orang-orang yang tidak memiliki tanah. Karena hal ini ia berselisih dengan Jomo Kenyatta. Kaggia tetap teguh pada prinsip-prinsip politiknya sampai kematiannya pada 2005.
