Bill Conti (lahir 13 April 1942) adalah seorang komposer musik asal Amerika keturunan Italia. Ia sering kali dipercaya sebagai konduktor orkestra dalam beberapa acara malam penghargaan Academy Awards. Bill merupakan alumnus dari Louisiana State University. Selain mendapatkan gelar sarjana di bidang ilmu umum, ia juga ternyata merupakan seorang sarjana seni musik dari Juilliard School of Music.
Selama kariernya sampai saat ini, Bill telah dipercaya menjadi komposer dalam beberapa judul film, diantaranya adalah film James Bond tahun 1981, For Your Eyes Only. Selain itu ia juga menjadi komposer dalam serial film Rocky dan sekuel-sekuelnya seperti: Rocky II (1979), Rocky III (1982), Rocky V (1990) dan Rocky Balboa (2006).
