Fulgensius Billy Paji Keraf (lahir 8 Mei 1997) adalah seorang pemain sepak bola profesional Indonesia.
Karier
Dia membuat debut profesional di Liga 1 pada 22 April 2017 melawan PS TNI dan membuat umpan pertamanya untuk Persib Bandung pada Atep.[2] Dia mencetak gol pertamanya melawan Gresik United pada injury time dan membuat Persib menang 1-0 atas tuan rumah Gresik United.[3] Setelah sempat bermain di Liga 2 dan Timnas, kontrak Billy di PSDS tidak lagi diperpanjang per 2023.[4]
