Biru indah atau biru ningrat (bahasa Inggris: royal blue)[3] adalah warna biru agak gelap yang berasal dari warna busana yang dikenakan oleh Ratu Charlotte pada abad ke-19.[4] Versi peramban (X11) dari warna ini memiliki corak yang lebih terang, yang disahkan oleh Konsorsium World Wide Web di akhir dekade 1980an.[5]
