Biru kelasi (bahasa Inggris: Navy blue) adalah salah satu jenis warna biru yang amat gelap. Beberapa orang dengan keterbatasan penglihatan dapat keliru dalam membedakan warna biru kelasi dengan hitam. Warna ini diambil dari warna biru gelap (kontras dengan warna putih) yang dikenakan oleh Angkatan Laut Britania Raya sejak tahun 1748, yang kemudian diadopsi oleh Angkatan laut di seluruh dunia.
