Blok Unicode

Blok Unicode adalah kumpulan beberapa kode karakter (titik kode) yang berada dalam rentang tertentu dalam himpunan karakter Unicode yang telah ditetapkan oleh Unicode Consortium untuk kepentingan dokumentasi dan administrasi. Tiap blok biasanya dibuat untuk menyediakan glif yang dipakai oleh satu atau beberapa bahasa. Namun, tiap blok bisa juga dibuat untuk kepentingan umum seperti dalam matematika, pengukuran wilayah, tata cetak dekoratif, dan forum sosial.
