Borşa (Hungaria: Borsa, Jerman: Borscha, bahasa Yiddi: בורשא Borsha) adalah kota yang terletak di provinsi Maramureş timur, Rumania utara, di lembah sungai Vişeu.

Taman Nasional Rodna (yang memiliki luas sebesar 463 km²) dapat diakses melalui Borşa. Di kota ini terdapat gereja kayu yang dibangun pada tahun 1718.

Borşa merupakan tempat kelahiran bagi tokoh penting seperti Israel Polack dan Frank Timiş.
