Boris Borisovich Yegorov (bahasa Rusia: Борис Борисович Егоров, Boris Borisovich Egorov; 26 November 1937 – 12 September 1994) adalah seorang dokter-antariksawan Uni Soviet yang menjadi dokter pertama yang melakukan penerbangan antariksa. Yegorov berasal dari latar belakang kedokteran. Ayahnya adalah dokter bedah jantung, dan ibunya adalah seorang oftalmologis. Asteroid 8450 Egorov diambil dari namanya.
