Brian's Song adalah sebuah film yang dibuat untuk televisi pada tahun 1971, mengenai Brian Piccolo (dimainkan oleh James Caan), seorang pemain American football yang mengidap penyakit kanker, dan persahabatannya dengan running back Chicago Bears Gale Sayers (Billy Dee Williams), yang membantunya dalam perjuangannya yang berat.
