Brian Kerwin (lahir 25 Oktober 1949) adalah aktor asal Amerika Serikat. Lahir di Chicago, Illinois, Kerwin memenangkan Theatre World Award pada tahun 1988 atas perannya dalam Broadway Emily. Peran Teater Broadwaynya meliputi The Little Foxes dan komedi Elaine May, serta After the Night and the Music pada tahun 2005.
