Brixlegg adalah sebuah kota pasar yang terletak di Distrik Kufstein di negara bagian Tirol, Austria. Kota ini terletak di Lembah Inn Hilir dan di pintu masuk Lembah Alpbachtal.
Brixlegg bersebelahan dengan kota praja Alpbach, Kramsach, Radfeld, Rattenberg, Reith im Alpbachtal, dan Wildschönau.
Sejarah
Kota ini pertama kali disebutkan dengan nama "Prisslech" di dalam sebuah dokumen dari tahun 788. Brixlegg sendiri memperoleh status "kota pasar" dari tahun 1927.
Pariwisata
Beberapa tempat yang dapat dikunjungi di Brixlegg adalah Gasthof Herrnhaus, gereja paroki "Unsere Liebe Frau" ("Bunda Kami"), kapel dan memorial perang Mühlbichl, rumah menara Lanegg, lumbung di tepi Sungai Inn, serta Museum Penambangan dan Metalurgi.
Ekonomi
Montanwerke Brixlegg AG adalah satu-satunya produsen tembaga di Austria.
