Buchimgae (부침개), atau Panekuk Korea, atau pancake Korea, mengacu secara luas pada semua jenis bahan goreng yang direndam dalam telur atau adonan yang dicampur dengan bahan lain.[1][2][3] Lebih khusus lagi, ini adalah hidangan yang dibuat dengan cara menggoreng adonan kental yang dicampur dengan telur dan bahan lainnya hingga terbentuk gorengan tipis dan pipih.[4][5]
