Boniface Ferdinand Leonard "Buddy" DeFranco (17 Februari 1923 – 24 Desember 2014) adalah seorang klarinetis jazz Italia-Amerika. Selain pekerjaannya sebagai pemimpin band, DeFranco memimpin Orkestra Glenn Miller selama hampir satu dekade pada tahun 1960-an dan 70-an.
