CD Badajoz adalah sebuah tim sepak bola Spanyol yang berbasis di Badajoz, di Extremadura. Didirikan pada tahun 1905 dan didirikan kembali pada tahun 2012, saat ini bermain di Segunda División B - Grup 4, dan mengadakan pertandingan kandang di Estadio Nuevo Vivero, dengan kapasitas 15.198 kursi.
Didirikan setelah penggabungan dua klub, bernama Racing dan Sport, Badajoz menjadi anggota serius Liga Spanyol pada tahun 1931, ketika Francisco Fernandes Marquesta menyumbangkan tanah pertama mereka kepada tim, bernama El Vivero. Setelah memainkan sebagian besar sejarah mereka antara divisi ketiga dan kedua, klub mencapai konsistensi yang bertahan di level terakhir selama tahun 1990-an.
