Caacupé adalah sebuah kota dan distrik di Paraguay. Ini adalah ibu kota departemen Cordillera. Pada tahun 2019, kota ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 56.864 jiwa.

Kota ini didirikan pada 1770 oleh Carlos Murphy, seorang grenadier yang melayani Raja Charles III dari Spanyol, meskipun pemukiman pertama ada di sini sejak abad ke-17.[2]
