Jean Maurice Jules Cabut (13 Januari 1938 – 7 Januari 2015), yang dikenal dengan nama pena Cabu (bahasa Prancis: [kaby]), adalah seorang karikaturis dan seniman strip komik asal Prancis. Ia tewas dalam serangan penembakan Januari 2015 di kantor-kantor surat kabar Charlie Hebdo.[1][2] Cabu adalah kartunis staf dan pemegang saham di Charlie Hebdo.[3]
