"Can't Help Falling in Love" adalah sebuah ballad pop yang aslinya direkam oleh penyanyi Amerika Elvis Presley dan diterbitkan oleh Gladys Music, perusahaan penerbitan Elvis Presley. Karya tersebut ditulis oleh Hugo Peretti, Luigi Creatore dan George David Weiss.[2] Melodinya berdasarkan pada "Plaisir d'amour"[4] (1784), sebuah lagu percintaan populer karya Jean-Paul-Égide Martini (1741–1816). Karya tersebut tampil dalam film tahun 1961 Elvis Presley, Blue Hawaii. Pada empat dekade berikutnya, karya tersebut direkam oleh sejumlah artis, yang meliputi Tom Smothers, grup reggae Inggris UB40, yang versi tahun 1993-nya memuncaki tangga-tangga lagu AS dan Inggris, dan grup pop Swedia A-Teens.
