Candida theae adalah spesies ragi dalam genus Candida. Nama spesies ini berarti "teh".[2] Spesies ini pertama kali diisolasi dari minuman teh Indonesia[1] dan pot tanah liat di Quito, Ekuador yang berisi chicha dari AD 680.[2]
