Carlo Savina (2 Agustus 1919 – 23 Juni 2002) adalah seorang komponis dan konduktor asal Italia yang mengkomposisikan, mengaransemen, dan mengkonduksikan musik untuk perfilman-dan secara khusus diingat karena menjadi pengarah musik dari film-film seperti The Godfather (1972), Amarcord (1973), dan The Bear (1988).
