Carlos Sainz Cenamor (lahir 12 April 1962) merupakan mantan pembalap reli berkebangsaan Spanyol yang memenangkan juara Kejuaraan Reli Dunia (WRC) pada tahun 1990 dan 1992. Dia mulai dikenal dalam dunia reli pada awal tahun 1980-an bersama tim Toyota, Lancia, Subaru, Ford, dan Citroën.
Berdasarkan statistiknya, Sainz memenangkan 26 kali, 97 podium, 756 menang stage, dan perolehan nilai 1.242 angka. Pertama kali balap untuk reli di Reli Portugal pada tahun 1987, kemenangan pertamanya di Reli Akropolis pada tahun 1990, hingga pensiun di Reli Akropolis pada tahun 2005.
