Carmudi adalah situs web wadah untuk mempertemukan antara penjual dengan pembeli bertransaksi kendaraan baru maupun bekas.

Sejarah

Carmudi didirikan di Jerman pada 2013.[1] Carmudi mengabungkan Carmido (Nigeria), Ubilista (Meksiko) dan Motors.com (Myanmar) pada Oktober 2013[2] kendati demikian untuk Myanmar masih memakai nama motors.com.mm. Saat ini Carmudi dipimpin oleh Stefan Haubold, Erwin Sikma dan Fritz Simons. Perusahaan ini berada di bawah naungan Rocket Internet, sebagai salah satu inkubator no. 1 di dunia.

Di Oktober 2013, Carmudi mulai beroperasi di berbagai negara Asia, Afrika dan Amerika Latin.[3] Pada 2014, Carmudi memulai usaha di Vietnam, Indonesia,[4][5] Filipina, Pakistan, Kamerun dan Arab Saudi.[6][7][8][9][10] Platform online Carmudi sekarang sudah beroperasi di lebih 10 negara di dunia.

Pada Maret 2014, Carmudi meluncurkan website mobile.[11]
