Cayeye adalah hidangan khas Kolombia yang terbuat dari guineo hijau yang dihaluskan, sejenis pisang hijau.[1] Makanan ini terutama disantap saat sarapan. Cayeye berasal dari wilayah pesisir Magdalena, Kolombia termasuk Ciénaga, Zona Bananera, Santa Marta, Fundación dan Aracataca.
