Andy Chan Ho-tin (Hanzi tradisional: 陳浩天; lahir 6 September 1990) adalah seorang aktivis politik pro-kemerdekaan Hong Kong. Ia adalah anggota pendiri dan konvenor Partai Nasional Hon Kong, partai pertama yang mengadvokasikan kemerdekaan Hong Kong.[1]
