Chandigarh (Hindi: चंडीगढ़, Punjabi: ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ), juga disebut "The City Beautiful", adalah sebuah kota di India yang menjadi ibu kota dari dua negara bagian: Punjab dan Haryana. Namun secara administrasi pemerintahan, kota ini tidak berada di bawah kedua atau salah satu negara bagian tersebut, tetapi berada di bawah pemerintah pusat dan disebut sebagai wilayah persatuan. Gubernur negara bagian Punjab adalah pelaksana pemerintahan di Chandigarh.
