Chang Tso-chi (Hanzi: 張作驥; Pinyin: Zhang Zuo Ji) (kelahiran 26 Desember 1961) adalah seorang sutradara Taiwan. Film 2002-nya The Best Of Times masuk ke dalam Festival Film Internasional Venesia ke-59. Film-filmnya memenangkan Golden Horse Award untuk Film Fitur Terbaik sebanyak dua kali, untuk The Best of Times(2002) dan When Love Comes(2010).
