Charente-Maritime ialah departemen di Prancis. Departemen ini mencakup Aunis, bagian terbesar Saintonge dan bagian terkecil Poitou. Berbatasan dengan Samudra Atlantik bersama Vendee, Deux Sevres, Charente, Dordogne dan Gironde. Wilayahnya, termasuk pulau-pulau di pesisirnya seperti Ré, Oléron, Aix, memiliki luas 6.864 km².
