Sir Charles Norton Edgecumbe Eliot, GCMG, PC (8 Januari 1862 – 16 Maret 1931) adalah diplomat kesatria, administrator kolonial dan botanis Britania. Ia menjabat sebagai Komisioner Britania Afrika Timur pada 1900–1904. Ia adalah Duta Besar Britania Ambassador untuk Jepang pada 1919–1925.^[1]

Ia juga dikenal sebagai malakologis dan ahli biologi kelautan.^[2] Namanya diabadikan sebagai nama spesies bernama Chelidonura varians Eliot, 1903.
