Chełmno ([ˈxɛu̯mnɔ] ( dengarkan); dulunya bahasa Inggris: Culm; bahasa Jerman: Kulmⓘ) adalah sebuah kota di utara Polandia dekat sungai Vistula dengan 20.000 penduduk dan ibukota dari Tanah Chełmno. Berada di Provinsi Kuyavian-Pomeranian sejak 1999, Chełmno sebelumnya berada di Provinsi Toruń (1975–1998).
